Our amazing running group Wellness Warriors On The Run is starting the 6th wave. Based on the NHS model couch to 5 k we meet twice a week to train, chat and after 9 weeks you put all that training into practice when we enter you into a local 5k event. Although there's a focus on recovering from addictions and improving mental health, anyone is welcome.
We also have our men's group Brothers in Arms Exercise and Social Club. fellas come to Hazlemere every Thursday to chat, train or drink tea . it's a safe non judgemental space and great fun.
